Student Scholarships

Thank you for considering a gift to Cathedral High School! Your support plays a crucial role in providing transformative educational, social, and spiritual opportunities for Cathedral High School students. The full cost to educate each Cathedral student for one academic year is $22,000; our tuition is set at $12,000. Through the support of Cathedral High School scholarship sponsors and outside scholarship granting organizations, the average tuition paid per student is $5,000.

Below are the various levels of scholarship sponsorship support, each contributing to the growth and success of the young women of Cathedral High School. Gifts to fund the priorities below can be made annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly through check, online payments, or securities.

$22,000 – Full Academic Year Sponsorship

Covers the complete cost to educate one Cathedralite for the academic year.

$12,000 – Full Tuition Sponsorship

Provides full tuition for one Cathedralite.

$10,000 – Legacy Scholarship

Funds the full Legacy Scholarship for one Cathedralite, the highest academic honor awarded to incoming freshmen.

$6,600 – Financial Aid for Students with Significant Need

Cathedral High school partners with an organization called Student Scholarship Partners, which supports students with significant financial need. Of the $12,000 tuition, SSP contributes $4,600, leaving $6,600 to be covered by CHS, and $800 to be covered by the families.

$5,000 – Gold Scholarship
Awards a scholarship to students who demonstrate perseverance and academic achievement.

$3,000 – Blue Scholarship
Awards a scholarship to students who demonstrate perseverance and academic achievement.

$2,500 – St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Scholarship
Establishes a scholarship in honor of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, the founder of the first all-girls Catholic school in the nation.
