Women can also be less comfortable dealing with personal finance and investments procrastinating on such vital matters as dealing with debt or taking advantage of investment opportunities.

Stephanie Barimah, SHRM-SCP is a financial educator and career coach who has a passion for helping others build wealth by doing what they love. She operates Career Matchmaker, a company that aligns individuals with their passions and skills so that they can find and do purposeful work.
In line with her passion for helping others navigate careers, she is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the nonprofit organization, Blacks on Wall Street, Inc. The organization is aimed at closing the opportunity and economic wealth gaps in Black and Brown communities by providing career and achievement resources to teens. Stephanie believes that financial literacy is key to empowering people towards achieving financial freedom. As such, Stephanie Barimah manages Asibell Financial as a financial educator, credit specialist, and licensed life insurance broker who seeks to help her clients set and meet financial goals and build a strong legacy for generations to come.
Stephanie is also a human resources professional with a virtual staffing agency, Admin Operations Solutions, LLC. She is also a Senior HR Generalist at Columbia University Medical Center, where she works with frontline workers and administrative staff to promote a healthy work environment. She serves on several committees including those for Wellness, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Social Emergency Medicine, and the Committee of Appointments and Promotions.
Stephanie graduated from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College where she received a degree in management with a major concentration in finance and marketing, and a minor in human development. In 2018, the Alumni Association of Cathedral High School selected Stephanie as a 30 under 30 honoree.
